Today we startet a new Crysis Wars Game Server.
The server have the same conifg like the Wars Mesa Server with some little changes.
1. Only 24 Slot (so from now its possible for people with older hardware to play on a first class Noobhunters server)
2. Rotation Plantation / Refinery / Beach
3. No Reaping zone (for more realisitk game play)

LAN Party im Bundestag

Politiker aus den Bundestags-Fraktionen der CSU und FDP wollen ihre Parlaments-Kollegen zum Computerspielen bewegen. Dazu soll im Herbst eine LAN-Party im Berliner Reichstag stattfinden. Vorbild ist eine ähnliche Veranstaltung im letzten Herbst, zu der die Mitglieder des bayrischen Landtags eingeladen waren.

Die Initiatoren im Bundestag, Dorothee Bär (CSU), Manuel Höferlin und Jimmy Schulz (beide FDP), wollen die Mitglieder des Bundestags näher an das Thema Computer- und Videospiele heranbringen. Die drei Politiker wollen ihre Kollegen mit der Veranstaltung für das Thema sensibilisieren, Ziel sei es „die Diskussion zu versachlichen und [...] Berührungsängste abzubauen“, so Schulz.

In ersten Gesprächen mit den Führungen der in der Regierung vertretenen drei Parteien – CDU, CSU und FDP – hat es wohl eine sehr positive Resonanz gegeben. Das nächste Ziel sei nun das Herantreten an die drei übrigen im Bundestag vertretenen Parteien. Aus dem Lager der Grünen gibt es aber im Vorfeld der Gespräche leichte Kritik: Vorstandsmitglied Malte Spitz würde das Thema Computer- und Videospiele gerne weiter in den Fokus der Regierung rücken, insbesondere die mangelnde Berücksichtigung der Interessen von Spielern und Industrie wird genannt. In seinen Augen reicht eine LAN-Party im Bundestag dafür nicht aus.

Jimmy Schulz ist bekannt dafür, sich für neue Medien zu engagieren. Im Juni nutze er bei einer Rede im Bundestag ein iPad, statt wie üblicherweise Papier. Die Geschäftsordnung des Deutschen Bundestages verbietet den Politikern den Einsatz solcher Geräte im Plenum, es gibt aber Gespräche über eine Änderung dieser Vorschrift.

The PKM, Type 88LMG, G3, An94, and 40mm shotgun have returned to their former glory.
Increased the damage of the MG3 to bring it in line with the rest of the LMGs.
Fixed a bug where the Saiga12 with slugs would do too much damage at long range.
Fixed a bug where the SVU would do too little damage at long range.
Fixed a bug where M95 rounds would not kill armored targets with headshots.

in fact that crytec seams to be helpless to deal with Gamespy to delete or ban the NO-CDKey Servers from the game lobby
We grasp the nettle to sensitise the public players that if they support cracked server with playing on them
that this probable takes effects in Crysis 2!


I dont want to hear from crytec thinks like


No more dedicated servers for Crysis2
or
No public dedicated servers
or
No more modding because there are no server files ...


Because we still love to have servers and make mods for them to provide you the best possible game experience.

So just say NO to NO-CD Key Servers and buy the game!

Unter dem Namen "Crysis 2 E3 2010 Cloak and Dagger Gameplay " ist ein "neuer" Trailer zu Crysis 2 unter Youtube zu finden. Ob es sich dabei um einen offiziellen E3-2010-Trailer handelt oder doch eher um einen Schnitt aus dem neusten Interview-Material von Gametrailers.com mit "Cevat Yerli" ist abzuwarten. Das Video selbst zeugt nicht gerade von bester Qualität und die gezeigten Szene ähneln auch eher den schon aus dem Gametrailers.com-Interview bekannten Material. Das ganze wurde dann mit einer eher miserablen Musik unterlegt, zu hoffen ist, dass dies nicht die einzigen NEWS von der E3 über Crysis 2 bleiben werden.

Pünktlich zur E3 zeigt sich auch Crytek's Community-Aushängeschild "MyCrysis.com" in neuem glanz! Offiziell soll diese erst morgen, nach einer 5-tägigen Ãœberarbeitung, wieder online gehen, was noch die momentanen Zugangsschwierigkeiten erklären würde, bekommt man doch nach erfolgreichem eintragen des eigenen Alters die Meldung, dass die Cookies nicht ermöglicht wurden.

[Crysis Old & Wars] Crash Bug Script Fix

Hello,
Today i made a little update for the Old Crysis Mesa Server this include some small bug fixes and also some lines of code to disable the Crash Bug Script.
The code is not final but the next version is already written and will be online with the next update.

UPDATE:
Crysis wars servers are also vulnerable for this Chrash "hack" so i updated the server with the new code from Crysis old.
Should be fixed now.

NEW ATI Radeon HD6xxx-Series

Few announcements have been said out about new ATI series, nevertheless it is not clear if it is going to be on 40nm or on 28nm since 32 was canceled or when it will be released(Q4 2010 or 2011).

Still this is exiting news and surely really bad one for NV who is already in trouble with its new FERMI which is more than half a year behind from ATIs last series.

The company has two ways of getting even faster products to market: it can redesign existing ATI Radeon HD 5000-series graphics chips so that to boost clock-speeds tangibly or it can introduce a brand new family of ninth-generation Radeon chips code-named Northern Islands, which is widely believed to feature a new architecture.

Not a lot is known about Northern Islands. Some sources claim that the new chips will be made using 32nm fabrication process, but the others believe that the new chips will be made on 28nm node. There are also reports that Northern Islands will have richer feature-set compared to Evergreen. According to some other reports, ATI’s next-generation family is code-named Hecatonchires and will feature code-named Cozumel, Ibiza and Kauai chips, which are not northern, but southern islands. As a result, it is possible that ATI may be working on two new architectures.

Earlier this week TSMC said that it would start mass production of chips using 28nm process technology in Q4 2010.

ATI IS ON A ROLL, having taped out its next generation GPU family called Southern Islands. ATI might call it the HD6xxx series, and it could be out before Nvidia gets its GTX4xx line of GPUs fully fleshed out and to market.
The news is straightforward enough. Southern Islands (SI) taped out recently, and is now moving through TSMC. Although the schedule is very tight, if all goes really well we could see a demo or two at Computex in just over a month. This puts SI slightly behind where Evergreen was a year ago, but not by much.
Southern Islands is said to be a hybrid between the all new Northern Islands (NI) and the current HD5xxx Evergreen family. Those in the loop say that Northern Islands was meant to be on TSMC 32nm before that process was killed. Due to the ever-slipping nature of TSMC's 28nm high-K metal gate node, the SI hybrid GPU was slapped together to be fabbed on TSMC's current 40nm process.
Sources tell SemiAccurate that SI uses some of the NI uncore (unshader?), and wraps that around a mildly updated Evergreen shader. RAM is more of an open question. NI was set to use GDDR5+, but since DRAM makers might not be ready, we may end up with only GDDR5 on SI.
In any case, Nvidia has come out fighting with its GTX470 and GTX480, shipping hundreds, some say thousands, of units since ATI shipped Evergreen last September. If all goes well, and it appears to be doing just that, ATI might have Southern Islands on sale before Nvidia gets all of the GTX4xx variants out the door. The end of 2010 will see Nvidia fighting a new ATI line with a year late part that doesn't work within the promised specs, and can't be manufactured.

By the time Nvidia gets to 28nm next year, or possibly in 'GTX480' quantities this year, it is going to be fighting yet another new generation of ATI parts, Northern Islands. If the rumors are true, and the upcoming Fermi II is on TSMC's 28nm bulk process, and NI comes out on GloFo's 28nm high-K metal gate process, Nvidia won't even be in the game.

At this point, you really have to ask yourself if Nvidia will survive. Its chipset business is gone because it didn't understand Moore's law. Its GPU business is like a floating goldfish circling the drain. Its GPU compute business is wounded. And Tegra is being laughed out the door. Meanwhile, ATI is on a roll.
